School's out for summer, and Bear Valley is still and quiet on a weekend morning.

It was not a good day to be a fish, judging by the numbers of those fishing along the banks of the South Platte River in Waterton Canyon.

We return to a familiar setting renewed by Summer's growth and a day of sun and storms.
